poetry therapy presentation

I am a grad student in western Washington and am in the Art therapy and MHC program. This upcoming Saturday I will be presenting a poetry therapy exercise. I have looked through the Internet and various university libraries, but have been unable to locate resources. Does anyone know of an exercise I can do under 10 minutes? Please e-mail me ASAP!!!
