There are several training programs linked at this very forum, and several links to professional associations in art therapy worldwide that should be able to help you. My opinion is that the best school is the one that is accreditied by the applicable regional professional association most effective in helping you, post graduation, find work in your field - whether through practicums in the city you wish to work in, grant writing training, or other methods.
