AT for Residential Teen Girls - Anyone Else Doing This??

Hi! I'm looking to talk with others who are working with this population: teen girls adjudicated or otherwise mandated to treatment in long-term residential facility. They generally have multiple issues: abuse, learning/perceptual disabilities or fetal alcohol/drug syndrome, ADHD, substance abuse... and they don't want to be there, and they don't want to do groups, including AT! I'm starting a new AT program there, after working for a while as a general therapist there, and I hope to hear from those who have some ideas about how to work with resistance, distrust, etc., or even to get a bit of support -- it's a tough crowd to work with and I want to do a good job! :-} Thanks!
