Maybe someone can direct me down the right avenue before the cycle overwhelmes me altoghether!
I am a British grad (BA in theology& sociology), with a skeleton-few hours of experience with an art therapist at Mt. Sinai (NY) and some art teaching, clutching a thin portfolio of art but utterly determined that, on my return to the UK (3/1), I want to pursue a career in art-therapy. I've done the reading, talked to therapists, and loved what little I've experienced.
Does anyone know of any British under-graduate art-therapy degrees that allow you to gain experience while you study (rather than requiring 1 yr's experience to qualify.)
I would love to hear if there's a way,
Thanks.
