Hi there,
The American Art Therapy Association (they have a web page, look in yahoo) should be able to give you american program information - prerequisites vary from program to program, but the advice I give everyone is to attend a program that will enable you to do your practicum work in the city where you want to live and work when you graduate. Then, network and educate your co-workers and supervisors at your practicum site, as they will be your best potential job and job leads once you graduate.
