Jessica: Reply to me directly at joannaw@netstep.net. I am a painter who is looking into the field of art therapy for similar reasons as you...I am volunteering at a local rehab doing an therapeutic art class. It is really shedding a lot of light on what I might want to do in the future professionally. Here where I live, I am able to do what I want in the class. I ahve become part of the team and attend supervision meetings, etc. I did have to work my way into this but, the internship part came from going to a vocational transition center in my town and so I am coming in through them. I am not sure they would have just taken me off the street. But in any event, I personally am glad that I am able to try it out and see where I might fit in before going back to school (I am a school junkie) Joanna
