Dear KM, I don't have an answer to your question but I do have the same question. I am a writer/editor who is recovering from depression. I have seen firsthand the value "storytelling" has for people. The most dramatic case was a man I interviewed two days after he had witnessed the death of a friend in the electric chair. My interview and subsequent published story was part of his healing process. I wonder how many other people out there could be validated by having their stories documented for them, if they are not comfortable writing the stories themselves.
I, too, would like to know if there are any programs in art therapy which focus on writing.
