Anna I was intrigued to hear your story and would like to hear more of your experiences, what exercises you use in your practice and those others in your service as well. I, too, have the artist's way, art as a way of knowing, the woman,s book of creativity, Lucia Capacchioni's books on using your other hand, and others... what I hope to do is put together my own repetoire (I miss my spellcheck!!) of experiences and exercises.
