Thank you for your response. I do have a couple more questions, if you don't mind... is there a standard certification for EMDR trained clinicians, and if so, what should I look for? I know that there are some clinicians in my area that have been approved for medicaid reimbursement through the area mental health center to use EMDR. We had many parents lobby for this and push it, and I am glad they have been able to broden the options for their children and other families. I think the clinicians that have been approved work mainly with Reactive Attachment Disorder, and therefore work more with a younger population. Is the training the same for adults and children, or are the approaches for both more specialized?
