Last summer I went to a therapist of E.M.D.R. at lest
thats what I was told. He was tapping both my hands at
the same time, me with my eyes closed. I thought he was watching my eyes through the lids. But near the last
of our meetings he said he had his eyes closed also.
from what I read here I have yet to do E.M.D.R.
