Very wise attitude! The "three session" responses have been reported from controlled research on primarily single event trauma/PTSD. It is vital to remember that the more complex, the longer it will take. It is not a race--its a healing process. Depending upon the response within the first few sessions new evaluations can be made regarding the amount of preparation needed, complexity, etc.
