    A lot depends on how early in the disease process the diagnosis has been made, but basically, as long as there is connection between the affect areas of the brain (limbic connections are intact) and cognition/verbal areas,
    EMDR is appropriate. The past guilts and anger and the future fears are excellent targets. However, processing may be somewhat slowed.
