Referral issues

I am a clinical psychologist in the Miami Beach area who has been through levels I and II of training and have been utilizing EMDR approximately 10 hours a week (out of 40-50) for over a year for a variety of disorders, including PTSD, OCD, depression, grief, and personality disorders. Does one who completes level II automatically appears on the Institutes referral list, or must one apply directly in some manner?
I have found that EMDR has quite literally transformed my practice, and would welcome additional opportunities to expand its use in my area. A response would be most appreciated.
