BPD's Hang in there!

emdr saved my life from myself and through much work and countless sessions my life is very stable more than most people I see around me. I am BPD take no meds and am drug and alcohol free. Work is getting easier. Life isn't so painful. You all can do it too! I know you can. My prayers are with you.
