Level II EMDR

I interested to know what exactly is level II Emdr. I have been diagnosed with Major Depression, D.I.D., and PTSD. I have started using EMDR (with a licensed EMDR clinican who is also experienced in treating patients with DID) for intrusive memories but have found that I become so overwhelmed during the EMDR that I can not follow the eye movements. I have also found that I cannot bring my level of anxeity to these memories under a 5 after EMDR. I would appreciate it if someone could give me an explaination of Level II EMDR
