Physical Illness

Without further information to the contrary I would be more apt to go with the "sometimes an illness is just an illness" theory. I don't think in terms of "cellular memory"--but rather information being stored dysfunctionally in the brain that needs to be processed. Since it was almost a week before you had any symptoms, I'd just relax and take care of your self.
