    Dear Dr. Paulson,

I am a 16y/o teen needing some expertise. I know that you cannot provide any form of clinical information regarding individual cases., and I respect this.

However I am afraid that I do need some advice regarding what I should do. Unfortunately I seem to be the result of a potentially badly trained clinician.

Time is running out. I feel that it is absolutely necessary for a senior member within the EMDR Institute such as yourself to personally guide me to a well-trained, competent therapist who I honestly think will be able to help me. You see I just can't "run the risk" so to speak of landing with a clinician who may not do the right thing.

The circumstance surrounding my experience with emdr is truly incredible. I hope you can understand. I can't even seek the opinion of another mental health professional - I'm really "stuck" !

    Warmest Regards

    A
