I guess Francine herself was somewhat of a heretic, until EMDR went "integrative" (i.e., conventional), and eye movements were theorized to be neither necessary nor sufficient for successful treatment using EMDR. What do you think? Concerning my being "bugged" that you, Brian, and probably Francine may fail to take my bug therapy seriously, I am unaffected by that. Indeed, I am in "good spirits." Not only did my Celera stock skyrocket again today, but Monsanto just agreed to big $$$$$$$$ for my research. So, I'm setting sail as soon as I can purchase and equip my new research yacht, hopefully by tomorrow. I'll post again with an update in 4-5 weeks, when I return. Incidentlly, I discovered a new Homo sapien anxiety treatment Tuesday. Celera was trading $60/share, down from a high of $276 in early March. Not having a clue that today it would close at $138, I foolishly threw myself over my balcony. My shoestring got tangled on a guard bar and I was swinging in midair for about 45 seconds, Spinning, Whining, Introspecting, Noticing things, and Groaning (SWING) -- when suddenly i felt absolutely CALM!!!!!! I then let the fear flow through me and out my nose, fingers, and toes. The neighbor called the fire department, and the rest will be history. While I'm away, perhaps someone reading this could do a little research to confirm my treatment for humans. Use nets, of course. Also, suggest an appropriate name, and (if selected) get a free 1 hour ride on my Monsanto yacht. So far, the best therapy name candidate is "SWING." Though accurate, and containing all necessary and sufficient treatment components, it doesn't really grab me. Will be in touch again in May!
