Refugee Mental Health Interventions

We are a recently established mental health service for refugees. The majority of our clients have experienced severe trauma, including torture.
I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has used EMDR with clients form Iraq, Ethiopia and/or Somalia, or in fact with people of any cultures where "western" concepts of mental health difficulties are not the norm.
