Go to Mental Health Net and look for some mailing lists to subscribe to that deal with internet psychology - for example, The International Society for Mental Health Online (ISMHO). If you post a message to the list, you might be able to track down a therapist in NY.
Keep in mind, though, that any good therapist can help a person who is "addicted" to the internet. I think the therapist should have some familiarity with cyberspace, but it isn't imperative that the therapist be an expert on internet "addiction." The critical factor is that the therapist be skilled at psychotherapy.
