As someone who had never visited the WWW before two months ago, I indeed have "over-indulged" since I got on the net. For two months I have not practiced my music lessons, have not read a book, have not cleaned the house, have not done much of anything but surf the net. The odd thing is that I spend all my time on the net looking at sites that relate to things I like to do in the real world like favorite authors, music theory and piano lessons on-line, travel, etc. I am slowing down and have written out a schedule that I can use as a general guide to make sure that I don't over do it from now on. To me its just like living at the local library.
