Interpersonal skills

Yes, Diane, this is a great topic for this forum. My guess is that TWO types of interpersonal skill training would be viable (1) face-to-face skills, and, (2) cyberspace interpersonal skills (including e-mail, chat, and newsgroups interpersonal skills). I think #1 and #2 might be quite different programs.
