I disagree--words can hurt

Keith, may I respectfully disagree with you? I think that words are VERY powerful. We not only form images of the people whose words we read, but have emotional connections to them IF we perceive that we have a relationship with that person. If this happens, their words can be loaded with meaning. And my sense is that people are forming relationships of some type in cyberspace. I think that the drive to connect to others is so strong that we will use whatever medium we have access to. Just my opinion.
