lonely at heart

Upon reading your "short story" I feel that I must add a few words...

I believe that many women (more so than men) come on here with problems expecting to find the answers to their very real problems and disappointments in life...also since it seems women are able to relay in writing (again more so than men) some of their deepest desires and feelings...put that together with a man willing to listen and offer a "shoulder" perse...it is a dream come true...a MAN willing enough to listen and then offer some peace of mind (some hope) creates an overwhelming feeling for these women that they have finally found "him"...the man of their dreams and fantasies!

I have seen this same thing happen to a friend of mine. It seems we are all looking for something/one and the daily stresses and disappointments only make us long to reach out to one another....the computer makes easy access to do just that...

I do not have the answers...but being truthful and honest online seems to be the best way of interacting with people of course as we would in real life...

One other small note...some never get out of their problems or beyond their disappointments ...(I like calling it rising above the problem)these people are needy and weak in my mind and they never seem to be able to view the whole picture...thus requiring another's strength to "go on" in life...it really doesn't take much to spot these people, and imagine being involved with one of those people in real life. My own opinion, I would rather run the other way, than be drained of my strength and happiness, because it is be very tiring to try and show these people who insist on living in despair, how real, alive, and beautiful life can be...
