Isn't it possible that people who joke or play on the internet (i.e., aren't taking it "serious") still are experiencing it as "real," even though they might say otherwise? Perhaps these people joke and play in the f2f world also, which means they are being "real" in cyberspace too. Or maybe they never joke or play in the f2f world, which means in cyberspace they are expressing a hidden part of themselves. So, once again, we could say that they are being more "real" in cyberspace.
