Yes I agree Mirek that you can be more open on the net but would someone being more open online be less so offline? Are these people openly communicating as they would if you saw them FtF? I think that it is easier because you are not faced with the same internal dialogue that happens with FtF communication. I'm not sitting here interpreting your eye contact, posture, yawning. I can't tell your reaction to what I have to say untill I read your response. So I may as well say it as I see it.
Do you think the more sure or solid a person is the more likely they will behave the same on and off line?
So, the less socially inhibited a person is the more similar their on and offline selves? Why can't people say what they mean all the time? Fear of consequences?
