    Marie, I responded to your question in your other post further up in this forum.... The multicultural perspective is a good one to take in your dissertation. Combine that somehow with the many issues that come up concerning clinical work. Try joining the International Society for Mental Health online (ISMHO). You can get lots of ideas by joining their listserv.
