    Jane, try emailing Kimberly Young at the Center for Online Addiction. I'd be very surprised if she hasn't worked with families where a child is addicted to role-playing games. Also, consider ordering Dr. Young's book "Caught in the Net" (try Amazon.com). It has lots of practical suggestions for helping kids who are excessively involved with the internet.
