I think so. It's the "you can look but you can't touch" principle... Exhibitionism often is a one way communication, hence a fear of intimacy might be involved. As you probably know, there are lots of home pages created by people who want to strut their (sexual) stuff. You can find them by looking through the alt.sex newsgroups... But you may again discover that few people want to be interviewed.
