Sociological/political question

In responding to the (Sociological/political) question of who's in charge, while here in this forum, on the subject of Psycology of Cyberspace, I dont suppose the answer to your question, John, may be that you are in charge, because these are not moderated opportunities to post here, but you are the host.

I have perused other forum's on BOL and exerpted something posted under -Sociophysiology: The Basic Science of Psychiatry? -by James Brody, 10/7/97 [Click link @ Evolutionary Psycology] "What is sociophysiology? What does it entail?" Russell Gardner, M.D., of the University of Texas Medical Branch, possibly created the word ....... generally, there's some article on SPhys in ASCAP ("Across Species Comparisons and Psychopathology").

In Gardner's words: ".......Here I hold that the term biology used in the context of psychiatry should broadly encompass social facets of organismal function. The term "sociophysiology' may best describe the central basic science of psychiatry because it alludes to brain functions used for the person's social realm Disruptions of such functions result in deviant behaviors and unpleasant feelings which psychiatrists diagnose and treat. -Russell Gardner, M.D., of the University of Texas Medical Branch.

I, Tony C. must now resume my thread in the direction of answering the question "who is in charge?" As the above statement by Russel Gardner focuses on Deviant behaviors, his analyses is manefested out of Physiology of the brain. My impression is that it may assumed that the focus of the question "Who is in charge?" may be considered in terms of Sociophysiology(Psyciatry), but also in terms of Psycology because we may allude to brain functions used for a person's social realm just by chatting with them, be it online or in a therapists office.

The problem I have with my situation is that when I was, in fact, going to explore others of the thousands of chat rooms on AOL, those Harrassers from Virginiansonline would Locate me and come harass me in the other room. The Fireman wrote perveted poems using my name in them when he and other of his cronies "stalked" me to other rooms. I saved those chat logs as well. AOL shut down my account because I used my web site, which attempted to Psycoanalyse those deviant behaviors imposed on me. I was hoping to make some sense of it for my sake and the sake of helping others by giving the URL to their victims when I saw it happening to those new victims.

I brought this question to the attention of the Human Rights Commission, who are in charge of investigating Harassment discrimination. They referred me to The US Attorney because cyberspace is so relatively new, they dont know if they have Jurisdiction. I need help composing my complaint to Janet Reno's office.
