    mingling thoughts

    "But now that I think of it, somehow I find it strangely comforting that a thought of mine is "out there" interacting with other people's thoughts--AND that I'll get a chance to see that interaction next time I access this page."

    That certainly is an interesting observation about cyberspace, Loren. Our thoughts (our "presence") does linger for a while and gives others an opportunity to mingle with them. The whole concept of "presence" in cyberspace is fascinating.
