Looking for Higher-Order Literacy on the Net

I guess that I did de-lurk after spending a good amount of time lurking. Thanks for the motivation to say something. I am currently working as a graduate research assistant at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and I am studying higher-order literacy on the internet. I have not found much of it taking place (mostly information/knowledge level thinking only) but I have really appreciated this site for the way it does promote the free exchange of good ideas and the resulting critical/creative/constructive thinking. Thanks!
