Harold's request for twice weekly sessions

Question for Dr. Broitman.....
In Control Mastery terms, can Harold's request for 
twice weekly sessions be viewed as a test?
What prompts this question is that up til 
now Harold has missed sessions, which could 
be viewed as a passive to active test which 
Dr. Nathanson passed. This 'feels' like a 
replay of the distance Harold's father kept.
Now Harold requests twoce weekly sessions. 
Can't this be viewed as another passive to 
active test as a recapitulation of the 
"intrusiveness" that Harold's mother 
subjected him to in controlling his 
feelings?
If these formulations are correct, 
wouldn't Dr. Nathanson pass the test 
by holding to once weekly sessions.
Also, couldn't we have more information 
on this by hearing Harold's associations 
to the twice weekly request?
