TV programming

Dr. Stein,

How might Adlerians view television programs that depict graphic sex and violence on televison? It seems as if, forgetting about "reality" shows (which are pretty awful in their treatment of people - competitive, demeaning, etc.), SOME of the programs are not only artistically well done yet also allow viewers to identify with various life situations.

Along with this, it seems that compared to censorship, even the worst of shows is the lesser of two evils.
