I was wondering if there have been any comparisons of Alderian Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? What do they have in common? How are they different? Is the Adlerian approach especially suited (or not) for certain problems? Example: How might an Adlerian therapist approach working with someone suffering from PTSD?
