Changing the core style of life, not just behavior, usually results in a feeling of disorientation, especially if the style of life is actually being dissolved. Only changing behavior, may feel like an unpleasant and anxiety provoking experience. However, the senation of dissolving the style of life is one of a new horizon opening up, with a different, more positive feeling about the unfamiliar and unexpected in life. Initially, it may feel like more work, but can be experienced as a welcome exertion. Read the section on the eleventh stage of psychotherapy at "http://go.ourworld.nu/hstein/theoprac.htm .
