I read about "Dreams and Dreaming" but noticed lucid dreaming was not mentioned. Why do we sometime become lucid in a dream? How do the two very different worlds come together? And is it possible to enter into someone else's dream without knowing it or remembering it. For example I recently have been going through a breast cancer scare. I asked nightly before going to bed to show me what the outcome would be. I had a dream of having a biopsy, at that point I had only had a mammogram. The biopsy was very painful and as I was waiting for the results, someone came into my dream and whispered, you will not lose your hair, the results in the dream came back positive. When I woke up I thought about the dream and asked myself how I felt about it. The person whispering in my ear kept coming to mind and I felt a since of calm. Knowing that I would have to go through the biopsy but feeling most likely the results would be negitive. All this has come true. I did go through the biopsy and the results were negitive. However, I felt that the person in my dream was out of place, not a part of the dream, did'nt fit in. Is it possible for someone to enter into my dream? Thank you for your time in replying, Sherry Ittner
