Foundation for Community Encouragement

Has anyone had direct experience with the workshops offered by the Foundation for Community Encouragement (www.fce-community.org)? If so, do they incorporate Adler's idea of the "feeling" of community? Their web site material mentions Scott Peck and seems to stress learning skills and techniques.
