Nietzhe and I

Is a Nietzhe type of superhuman a succesful man, no psychic propblems, since he has a no inferiority complex? I am talking about a person who feels very sure of himself, is very boastful etc. ? Please also help me with the following. I am having problems (only minor thank god) with myself because I have this feeling that people don't like me, make fun of me or think I am no good. Are there ways I can somehow psychoanalysis/help myself? btw I don't believe/like the paperback books that have title like "power your esteem" :) thanks,
