An interesting article titled "On Attractors - The Teleological Principle in Systems Theory, The Arts and Therapy" may be found at http://131.173.248.218/faecher/klin_ps/kris/attractor.htm . Adler is mentioned briefly, and there are some questionable claims about body therapy, but the discussion of self-organizing theories is provocative.
