The "Adlerian Way" to redirect student behavior has been brought to my attention, but nothing is clear as to how to apply this philosophy. I am a Special Education Teacher for Children with Behavior Disorders and would like to know how Adlerian strategies can help both my students and myself. Do you have any suggestions on how to use this in my classroom. I understand the attitude to promote, I am just unsure on how to promote it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Amanda
