Victim's Responsibility

On another forum, I've been having a discussion about the victim's responsibility in an assault. Some rapes are random, but it seems to me that others aren't. I'd like a response that I could copy and re-post that would describe what goes in the psyche of the victim that would make it more likely that he/she be raped. It seems to me that a person's mistaken beliefs might lead them to unconsciously put themselves in jeopardy. Any thoughts?
