An example of an Adlerian Preschool is Kinderschool Adlerian Nursery in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. The school follows Dreikurs' principles, and the main concept is social equality. One way in which you could evaluate a school's philosophy is to compare it to the principles outlined in Dreikurs' "Children the Challenge" text. There should not be any major differences between the school's philosophy and the book's philosophy. Another way is to take a couple of parenting courses based on this text. You will then know what to ask the teachers of the school.
