On May 20th, 1997, the Board of Behavioral Sciences for the state of California reviewed and accepted the Alfred Adler Institute of San Francisco's application for serving as a Continuing Education Provider. They have advised us that our provider approval certificate would be mailed within two weeks, and that we would be able to begin offering CE credit at that time.
This means that as of early June, any therapists holding MFCC or LCSW licenses in California will be able to utilize any of our on-site or distance training for CE credit toward the renewal of their licenses.
Our upcoming summer program, "Classical Adlerian Group Training Marathon for Psychotherapists," being offered July 18-22, 1997 in San Francisco, would qualify for 30 hours of CE credit. Check: http://www.themall.net/~adler/sum97.htm for details.
All of our distance training courses would also qualify for CE credit. Check http://www.themall.net/~adler/dist-tra.htm for full information.
If you have questions about the suitability of these program for your
professional development, please call Dr. Stein at (415) 282-1661.
