I was initially introduced to Individual Psychology at the University of Arizona. The manager of my dorm was a Ph.D. student in an Adler/Dreikurs-oriented counseling program there. When later I took training in counseling myself, I took a course on IP and have been an on-again, off-again Adlerian ever since. For me, Dreikurs has been pretty important as well, since I work in the public schools. In that regard, H. Steven Glenn and Jane Nelson have been influential as has Kevin Leman, also a University of Arizona man!
