Wealth addiction is not the only reason employers act unreasonably. . . . because of the economic pressure placed upon them, many singular employers resort to drugs in order to feel better about themselves and wind up manipulating their employees into thinking what they are doing is right. This behavior is analogous to the battered wife syndrome and is a very dangerous place, in deed, for any employee, especially one who has had a shaky childhood or marriage. . . . and who hasn't had one or the other? Although laws have changed to protect employees, they still need more protection.
