    Take a look at Gerald Corey's book, "Theory and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy", chapter 5.

    I am currently in graduate school, and we just covered the chapter on Adler. It gives a good overview of theory, technique, strengths, weaknesses, and a case study approach to using Adlerian concepts.
