birth order; adopted child brought into family

I have a school project and we are presenting the Lifestyle Assessment of an actual student in the group. The case is complicated by the fact she was the youngest of two (she had an older brother), but then a sister was adopted later in life making her the youngest of three siblings. What would Adler have had to say in this situation. I am desperate for anything that could be provided.
