It's just the therapists word against the client and all any therapist has to do is lie in court or to their board, and they will get off the hook most of the time if they want to.

No licensing board will ever believe a client's word against the therapists. As always there are only two witnesses in any case, therapist word against client.

Good therapists will always tell the truth and get punished, and the real quacks will always lie and get away with it. That is why the system and grievance process is FLAWED, favors therapists AGASINST clients. Honest therapists are punished, quacks get set free, and therapists are in denial about it. Why don’t the powers that be do something about it?
