Default general practitioner and personality disorders

Patients with personality disorders (PD) could be rather difficult patients to handle for general practitioners. To our opinion, especially general practitioners in vocational training are very vulnerable. We are wondering if there is some expertise in offering young doctors some tools for coping with patients with PD during consultation or contacts by phone.
We would be very pleased if you shared your expertise with us.
